THE SABRINA SHILLINGFORD DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION AWARD WINNER:
Gabby Aquino

She is a sister, daughter and granddaughter and wears different hats including organizing with Toronto Prisoners Rights Project and the Osgoode Hall Law Union among other spaces. These spaces and the people she has been fortunate enough to share them with teach her about the deep connections we share with everyone and everything and the responsibilities within those relationships, including our individual and collective responsibility to ensure that everyone and everything have what they need. Gabby believes that other futures are possible, and is dedicated to continue un/learning how we get there and helping securing those futures.
